Experience
Counsel informed by both transactional work and employment-law depth.
Since 2008, Paul Moretti has maintained a transactional legal practice involving employment agreements, severance agreements, corporate agreements, client counseling, and general-counsel work for a midsize nonprofit organization.
His earlier private-practice experience included labor and employment matters, commercial litigation, employment-discrimination defense, HR plans and manuals, and compliance matters. That background provides useful perspective when drafting agreements and advising employers on decisions that can carry litigation risk.
